The C3 is the third generation of the Chevrolet Corvette (1968 - 1982), also known as Stingray (in one single word, as opposed to Sting Ray as used for the C2 generation). Early models from 1968 to 1972 are most valued due to engine specifications and chrome bumpers. In 1973 started Corvette's transformation from muscle to touring sports car, that nowadays translates into thousands of euros difference between models.
